This was our third stay at the Anezi. There have been changes every year, some good some not so good. The hotel staff - waiters, cleaners etc are in the main very helpful and friendly. However this year we found that the all-inclusive guests did seem to get priority service. In the piano lounge we were ignored completely one night and left and went up to the 10th floor where we served straight away. It did seem that one waiter went out of his way to be awkward. Several guests we spoke to had had this problem. Also the lack of pint glasses was amusing. We also encountered long waits at the pool bar before our food order was taken. Once again this was due to serving AI guests. However in the main we had a good holiday and would stay at the Anezi again. In fact we recommended your hotel to some people we had met two years ago on the beach, and we actually met them again in the hotel this year.

It's one of the older hotels in Agadir and there a lot of steps to climb around the hotel. However, I have stayed at the hotel before and would do so again. I had a lovely room with a balcony and a panoramic view of Agadir's bay. The food was buffet style and generally of a good standard for this class of hotel. I thought it was very good value for money.
