Caribbean Village you are fabulous one of the best, staff are so friendly and really really helpful, they can't do enough for you.

we have been going to the carabean village for the past six years three or four times a year we have included our whole family.all the staff from toilet cleaners to the hotel managers are wonderfull they make our stay perfect.even the owner when there says hello we regard all the staff as extended family they call us mam & dad and treat us as part of their families too.the food in the hotel is excellent with a vast variety of dishes to cater for everyone.the customer service manager mansouri is very special he caters to our every wish spends time with us and is a valued friend.the animation staff are a delight,we regard them all as our children,they are respectfull generous and polite to us.karim in paticular has been golden he spends free time with us and takes us out to experience the local culture.the entertainment in the evening is very enjoyable and funny.we have made many friends over the years and we sincerly hope to remain so for many more years.we always say when leaving england we are returning to our second home.the moroccan people are the most sincere and friendly people we have ever met it is a delight and an honor to know them. love mam and dad x

My first experience was awful i didnt like my room then that day they had some problems with water so when i went to shower i found out there's no water and i was going to take my bags and fly back home as soon as possible...i couldnt even think that in 2 weeks i will have my eyes full of tears!!everything was great!!!so i really can't wait to come back there again next year..

I liked the most the animation team. they were so great! :) Now I am missing them all the time..especially hiba, because he was so cute :D

my experiance in agadir was brilliant me and my friend went in may 07 we had a really good time we loved the surroundings and the staff were very friendly the reps at the hotel were fantastic we got to no a few of them and it was lovely i would certainly recomend the hotel to anyone there are things for all age groups .

third time in 18 momths short flight half an hour transfer animation team brill [ottaman nemo sieed and hassna]very good the tip system works and all staff will look after you weather good and pleanty to do food could be better but not complaing remember you are abroad recomend it 100 percent

i loved this place its fantastic its was my first time last year i had a fantastic time i also met my boyfriend who works at this hotel im going back next month but to an apartment to spend time with but the hotel has had some really bad reviews lately i want to clear them up please dont listen to the stupid people who complain over silly things like the rooms or the complex as it fantastic all i say you book 3 star you get 3 star quality but you get extra hear they work really hard and give you one hundred percent and good quality service the animation team make your holiday a merorable one because the make you part of the family and no one is left out the food is good they service every thing from morrocan to chinese to traditional english food so fussy eaters are well looked after the bar staff a great anfd friendly and got great memories as the remembered my drink before i even asked but i made grat friends with othmane who i ring and we text each other regularly he like my brother and hiba girls one major player he got girls coming out of his ears but hes a great sport looks like christino rinaldo and mimo he loverly and friendly but karim hes a darling and well zambla god hes sexy but very moody and dont smile much im not ganna say who my boyfrind but its one of them 5 but not karim but every thing was perfect the food the sun the people the entertainment which was all day and every day and morocco it self a great experiance

this place was just wonderful one of the best holidays ever. i didnt want to come home. apart from being poorly it was fab. the people were so kind and friendly. the guests the same. the waiter would to do anything for you and the animation team were so friendly. they even came out with us after the bars had closed down and we all went out in agadir. i really rate this hotel and there ever so helpful staff. if you have a chance to go.ill definately return at some point. just remember its morocco a country still developing. go open minded, and definately experiance 2 days in marrekech.

This hotel is amazing and i have been back twice the anamation team are really good and make your holiday complete. they are great fun and a really good laugh for adults and kids. all of the staff are exellent and really friendly.
