airport ease Take advantage of the airport shuttle. They picked us up and took us straight to our car. It was great after a long day in lines at airports!

Price was right I needed just a basic .... inexpensive room that was close to the airport. That is what I got. They picked me up at the airport... brought me to the hotel.... I was there less than 8 hours. All of the hotels in the area were twice the price. I was impressed that the pilots from the major airliners stay there. They need the same thing as I did a...basic... no frills... clean place to sleep. Would I stay there if I was in Chicago for a longer period of time... on a leisure trip..probably not since there were no luxuries.

Very convenient to O'Hare with shuttle bus running 24 hrs every half hour to and from the airport.There is a train on the Blue line from O'Hare into the city also 24 hrs and running every 15 mins.

Very nice hotel! Our stay at this Best Western was excellent, the staff was courteous and friendly, and best of all the room was clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's an airport hotel Contrary to some of the previous reviews, this hotel is NOT the dump that it has been made out to be. Yes, this is an older hotel, so don't expect state-of-the-art... HOWEVER, our room was clean, comfortable, our wake-up call was on time, and the staff was more than accommodating. For a night's stay, there was nothing else I could ask for.

Practical Exactly what I expected. Quiet, clean, the shuttle left for the airport every thirty minutes. I had an early flight in the morning and this hotel served it's purpose.

Meh Nothing too terrible, but it certainly wasn't great either. Service was so-so, took a long time to respond to a request for an extension cord, for example, and it arrived with extra attitude...but I did get it. Keep your expectations low and it will be fine.

I would stay there again.
