Hotel Argos doesnt pretend to be anything it isn’t, my only critism is that it states it is a 4 star - when it is a 3. A short and easy taxi ride from Aeroporto at only 20 euros brings you to the beachfront setting of Hotel Argos (Argooose if you want to get there quicker!). Check in was quick and easy even at 1.30am and our room in darkness seemed good, spotlessly clean, well arranged and stocked with a mini-bar (important at 1.30am in Talamanca). After waking for breakfast between 8-10.30am and opening the blackout curtains our room’s view was revealed, the local Spar convenience store, not so great I have to say. Our reasons for choosing this hotel weren't revolving around us spending much time on our balcony - so not the end of the world. The rooms with seaviews were graced with the bay panorama and it would have been nice - but like I said not a problem. Breakfast was the normal cornucopia of a multi euro national client base, whilst it was a bit odd there was something for everyone and a huge selection, fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and fresh OJ to fried spring rolls! Still was a good selection and left us feeling nourished set up for the day. The facilities at the hotel are good, there is a pool with plentiful bed and soft mattress covers, very comfy. Pool with a deep deep-end and shallow shallow-end, great. Baby pool, empty – fantastic! And a hot tub spa which was nice it not a tad too flourinated! The bar backs on to the pool area which is a nice area with a huge TV – which was good for euro 2008. Pool table and lots of stylish sofas and sitting areas. A very small indoor pool and gym, empty again and another indoor hot tub with what must’ve been the absolute just legal limit of chlorine! There is a seating area which looks over the bay and smoking is allowed pretty much anywhere – this is good for some and bad for others, I couldn’t care less. Another great feature is a public shower change and store suite for those of you who vacate at lunch and fly at midnight. Hotel Argos is at the Ibiza end of Talamanca bay and an easy stroll or 5 euro taxi ride to the reason we choose this hotel - Ibiza town. The marina en route provided some excellent restaurants, the nearest to us was Cafe Sydney - lovely varied menu. The rustic stuff being far better than the half arsed attempts at dishes like Thai. A great place to watch the wealth of Ibiza trickle past in their over the shoulder pastel sweaters and prada loafers. Also it is damn good value, a lunchtime meal, water and wine just 35 euros. There are some higher priced stops along the way should you want too and a small selection of boutique style shops. Talamanca itself is a quiet base with not a big amount of places to tempt you at night. There is a small number of beachfront bars and restaurants a couple with evening euro-tainment too. If that’s what you want then it is great – food, wine, company and relaxation. The beach itself is really quite appealing a long beach with different sections with usual beds and brollies if you want them. A high local attendance was a good sign and on a windy day the kite surfers provided a show for all to see. The sea gently shelves down and was quite warm for mid June. Overall impressed.
this hotel is a gem.. right on the beach, great for families..but its closing in 2008, and no one knows when it will re-open sadly
My boyfriend (32) and I (29) booked a weeks' stay at the Hotel Playa Real (Acorn) in Talamanca, Ibiza through Travel Republic and had a fanstastic stay. The hotel is right on the beach, 5-10 mins walk from Marina Botafoch and 10-15 mins walk to El Divino and Pacha. The hotel itself is clean and well laid out and we never had any problem getting a sun lounger by the pool each day. We opted to stay bed & breakfast which turned out to be brilliant. It is a buffet style serving a hot and cold selection plus cereals, croissants, fruit juices etc. The poolside snacks where a let down (microwaved dried up burgers) as where the cocktails (resembling nothing like the pictures on the menu) so we usually went elsewhere. If you leave the hotel via the back, past the pool then you can walk along the beachfront. To the left there is a small shop serving newspapers and magazines etc and further along are 2 cafes both serving snack food. Service is veeeery slow, but what do you expect, it's Ibiza and everything is chilled out. Turn to your right will head you in the direction of Marina Botafoch. The Talamanca Pizzeria on the beach front is highly recommended, as is Cafe Sidney at the Marina. Both serve great food and reasonable prices. You can get a water taxi from the Marina over to Ibiza Town which costs 1 Euro 90 single or 3 Euros 10 return. This usually runs every half an hour until early evening when it runs every 15mins up until 1am. If you've never been to Ibiza Town then definitely go. There are market stalls, countless bars and restraunts and it's no where near as trashy as San Antonio. Take a stroll up to D'Alt Vila and take in the fantastic view or sample some authentic cuisine. And finally....Pacha and El Divino - we love them both but maybe have a drink or two before hitting the clubs as the drinks are extortionate!! Expect to pay anything between 22 Euros and 36 Euros for 2 drinks!! We would definitely go back to this hotel as the location for us was perfect. I'm not too sure about it being a suitable location for families with small children purely because I think they would get bored easily, but if you're looking for a mixture of a relaxing, chilled out stay with some clubbing / drinking and good food thrown in then this place is probably perfect for you too.
Booked this Hotel using Travel Republic .co.uk. Arrived at 2 am and check-in was only a few minutes. Was more than happy when we reached the room. As with most Spanish hotels, there were 2 single beds, but other than that the room was very nice. Pool area was nice and quiet, with plenty of beds, and also beds on the beach if you fancy a bit of breeze. Along the beach were various cafes were you could get a decent lunch. Frequented mostly by the locals, you could get a couple of sandwiches and a beer for about 10 euros. I was pleased we chose this Hotel and not others in Talamanca, as the location was probably the best. It was minutes to Marina Botafoch, and you could walk to Ibiza Town in about 25 minutes. Some of the other Hotels that were available seemed a bit of the beaten track. There is also a bus stop nearby, which has buses into Ibiza Town about every hour. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from Pacha, and El Devino. There is a superb Italian restaurant just a few minutes past Pacha, one of the nicest places we have ever eaten in Ibiza. The Marina is quite lively at night, but mostly we would head into Ibiza Town. Talamanca is very quiet at night. After reading other reviews, just wanted to mention the staff. The Front Desk are all very helpful, if a little business like, but the rest of the staff were all very friendly. Would definately recommend the Hotel if you wish to stay around the Marina area.
We booked the hotel playa real last minute and were very pleased with our choice. The hotel is right on the beach so perfect location with a few nice beach cafes/bars a few minutes walk away to lunch and if you fancy a bigger night out Ibiza town is only 40 mins stroll (6 Euro cab). The rooms were clean with all the amenities you would expect but most amazingly was the soundproofing as there was no noise from either the adjoining room or corridors. We did note that there did seem to be a lot of Spanish staying in this hotel which we took as a good sign and meant we were not subjected to the "brits abroad" you experience in many of the other resorts in Ibiza.
This is probably one of the most basic hotels I have ever stayed in. The good: Free Internet, Water Views, Pool. The bad: Location (this hotel is far from everything), beds were rock hard, pool gets locked at night, hotel isn't responsible to theft from rooms (they rent you a tiny safe) and hotel staff was not friendly at all. The only thing you get for your money is a very basic place to sleep. I highly recommend staying someplace else. This hotel was not a good value for our money.
On the whole, we were very pleased with our stay at the Playa Real. We arrived at the hotel a little early & tried to check in (1.45) but were told the cleaners were at lunch & it could be another 2 hours before getting our room. I went back to reception at 2.30pm & it had been ready all along but there were a few waiting for a while after us. The rooms were very pleasant with fridge, a/c, fan, etc. On the whole, the hotel was very clean & I don't think the other comments about the hotel being dated are justified at all. I was really surprised at how well the rooms were sound proofed. There were clearly clubbers at the hotel but we had no problems with noise late in the night. The food was very good & usually you could get a table outside next to the pool. Drinks & lunchtime food was very reasonable & we had chicken from the barbecue, wth salad, potatoes & a bottle of wine, costing only 20 euros in total. Comparing this with drinks in ibiza town, it was a steal. One disappointment for me was the beach. There were signs in the hotel advising people not to swim in the sea, we weren't sure why. It didn't look particularly inviting so we stayed at the pool, when we weren't out and about. There were plenty of sunbeds. If you are looking for a nice beach, Cala Tarida was my favourite but the prettiest we saw was Cala D'Horte but the water was too choppy that day. Finally, the hotel location was fantastic. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you to Ibiza town & taxi cost us 7 euros back. If you have a car, there is a private car park for guests use. It took about 8 minutes to drive into Ibiza Town. El Divino & Pacha was 5 minutes away also. Would recommend others to stay here!
We stayed here in June 2007. There was a good mix of nationalities staying at the hotel and a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel grounds and public areas were well maintained. However, it is basically a 1970's hotel and the rooms are a bit cramped and starting to show their age. The staff are fine but deal with guests in an unhurried manner. If as a you 've got time for this then fine. If not, then the staff do not give the impression of being overly concerned. On our first day we arrived at 12.30 to be told our room wasn't yet ready. We were eventually given the room key at 2.30 only to find that the room still hadn't been cleaned and believe me it was not a pretty sight! On our last day we booked an alarm call for 7am which we never received. Was the hotel concerned or apologetic ? Not really. Bottom line is that the hotel knows that it does not have to try that hard.It has a good location In Talamanca and will never be short of bookings. Would I stay there again ? Not sure. The price in June for a double room including breakfast and vat/sales tax was euro 130 for two which I thought was ok. In August the equivalent price is euro 240 which is too much for what this hotel offers and I would look for somewhere else.
We have just come back from staying 4 days at the Argos Hotel. Not a bad location considering you can get the taxi boat to Ibiza Town. After the first night our room was not made up which is pretty shabby considering it is supposed to be a four star. I would say it is more of a 3 star, quite outdated however the view from the room was nice. The breakfast was very average and boring and we did not even attempt the evening meal. The hotel would have been ok if it was not for the staff! We found the reception staff very moody and obviously did not want to be there. I have to say this is the only place i have ever found this. They looked at you as if to say what do you want! By the end of it we found it quite funny! They offered us no help with anything and when asked if there was a shower room the guy looked at us in disgust. When we were leaving they did not even say goodbye. They asked what room we were and asked if we had anything from the mini bar to which we said water, he said 2 euro and then sat down. So pretty rude! So pretty average all round really!!! Never again though!
We were attracted to this hotel because of it proximity to ibiza town and luxury feel. Although the hotel is officially a three start it feels more like a four star. Upon arrival there was an initial mistake as we were given a standard room when we had actually booked a seaview room. This was immediately checked and sorted in a appologetic manner and we were told that if we needed anything during our stay or just wanted some advice that we only had to ask. The service across the hotel was excellent from the barman who found it amusing when I could no longer drink the hotel sangria to the maid how didnt mind when we partied to hard and then slept in. The restaurant has good variety and quality including breakfast, lunch and evening meals although I found the lunchtime paella a little bland the barbeques sardines are excellent! The decor throughout is simple, fresh and clean. The only drawback to staying at the Playa Real is the quality of the beach. Although it is litterally on the hotels doorstep the water is not so clear as other parts of the island and throughout my stay the beach was covered in seaweed which could have been cleared away. For a retreat away from the craziness of the rest of the island I would definatly stay here again.
Had originally booked the 3* Simbad Hotel but several days before our stay they informed our booking agent they had overbooked and transferred us to the Argos, a superior 4* hotel at no extra cost. Have previously stayed at the 4* El Corso in Talamanca and that was a much better hotel. The Argos is totally bland and impersonal but absolutely satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy and what you would expect, but being a late booking we just had a patio with a partial seaview. Breakfast was adequate without being anything special, staff took no notice of you unless you specifically asked for something, but then they did exactly as asked. Location of hotel is really good as it is very handy for the taxi boat to Ibiza Town and all restaurants etc and is also just a couple of minutes to the beach. Cannot think of anything specifically good or bad to say about the hotel, just that it was absolutely adequate if ordinary. More of a 3* than a 4* but maybe the facilities it offers gives it a good rating (indoor pool (incredibly small), gym etc). Would stay here again only if it was a good price.
Great hotel with a really nice vibe about it. Friendly, helpful staff, very good food, spotlessly clean - a winner. The rooms were particularly nice, much nicer than any other 3 star that I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, situated on Talamance beach with its handful of restaurants and bar and only a short walk away (along the beach boardwalk) from Marina Botafoch which is much busier. This in turn is a charming ferry trip away from Ibiza Town which is buzzing with people - all within 10-15 mins from a the hotel. Highly recommended
Upon our arrival our party was allocated 2 rooms facing the road, not what we had requested as our booking forms clearly stated sea view. However the reception staff guaranteed a sea view room for the following morning, they were true to their word, in fact they even put both rooms together and we had a lovely view over the pool across the to the sea. You don't get if you don't ask! We are UK Clubbers, but found the Ibiza Town side of the island far more sophisticated, much more to our taste, however beware - it is very expensive in the town. The hotel drinks were priced very reasonably, and the food was first class. Above all, we found the staff were absolutely fantastic, very hard working and very friendly, if you make an attempt to speak Spanish, however little, it goes a long way. The majority of the occupants were German, but that didn't bother us. The evening entertainment leaves alot to be desired, so don't expect too much, but if it's a relaxing stay you require, or like us, somewhere to chill out in the daytime before a hectic night of clubbing - it's ideal!
My wife and I returned from the Hotel Argos on October 10th after an enjoyable week in Ibiza. Our main aim in staying at the Hotel Argos was because it was in the direct path of the Annular Eclipse of the Sun on October 3rd. Sadly the weather prevented us from seeing the best phase of the eclipse, though the cloud began to clear half an hour later enabling us to see the Moon leaving the Sun's disc - still a thrilling experience. The hotel is both good and yet not quite up to its four star rating. It is clean, with a smart entrance, the public rooms are fine, the dining room comfortable, though the tables are in some places rather closer together than they should be. The staff are all very polite, cheerful and many speak English. The bedrooms are well maintained. Dining room staff are efficient at clearing plates etc. There is a good pool with sunbeds etc. All OK so far ..... So where does it let itself down ? First the bedrooms. They have only bunk style beds - one thin mattress on a metal frame which did not accommodate my 6' 2" ! There is no coffee/tea facility, no carpet, the TV offers only Spanish, German news (no CNN or BBC 24 ). The bathroom was fine, however. We were allocated an end of corridor room on the top floor with a side on sea view, ideal for me to set up my photographic equipment to capture some shots of the eclipse, as it faced South. But the hotel is positioned East West which means that those (more expensive) rooms that face the sea (bay) side can say Cheerio to the Sun after Midday. Those on the road side have an uninviting view of a (useful) small supermarket, and boring villas, two of which house dogs - one big and one small - which like to serenade each other whenever someone passes by ! Then there is the food. The breakfast buffet is OK but changes little during the week. You obtain your coffee from a machine; it is of poor quality. Expresso fans queue at another machine which involves much dexterity in inserting coffee bags and accessing hot water. If you want tea you get hot water from the coffee machine and use tea bags. Another machine produces freshly squeezed orange juice which you also make yourself - with fresh oranges. Dinner is also buffet, and although the hotel was brochure advertised as offering an a la carte menu we never saw it. It was the dinner which rather disappointed. Yes there is a wide selection for each course but the meat and the fish were often overcooked, the vegetables came out of a tin, the soup occasionally warm rather than hot. The sweets were better and fresh fruit always available. The wine was also reasonably priced - try the 12 Euro Rose, very good. But frankly compared with another four star hotel we stayed at in Majorca - The Bon Sol in Illetas (brilliant)- the food on offer was not four star standard. I would make one exception. The lunches were fine, mainly because the food was prepared carefully (buffet again) and well worth 15 Euros. If possible, if you are on Half Board, ask if you can have lunch rather than dinner ! Finally the beach: there isnt one !!!! Well there is, but it doesnt belong to the hotel. Settling down on our sunbeds right outside the hotel on the beach we were suddenly asked for 12 Euros (for two people) -with the promise of a free cocktail for the lady, at the nearby beach bar ! But if you patronise the pool get there early as there arent enough spaces for the number of people at the hotel. If these adverse comments make you think twice about staying at the Argos so be it, but it is in a quiet situation, 25 minutes stroll along a superb esplanade to the centre of town, and close to wonderful shops and restaurants in the nearby Marina - see how the other half live. Ibiza Old Town is worth exploring but be prepared to have aching calf muscles afterwards. And you might suddenly see fireworks around 11.15 pm from the ramparts of the castle. The Hippy Market on the North Side of the island (Wed and Sat) is great fun. But we didnt think much of the shops in Ibiza. Yet our most enjoyable souvenir, costing next to nothing, was to bring home some IBIZA coffee - look out for the striped yellow, red and green packet labelled CAFE MOLIDO de TUESTE NATURAL - why they do not use it in the Hotel Argos we know not... Will we return - NO, but if you havent been to Ibiza, give it a try. It still has a lot going for it. Tony and Hilary Ireland Skipton England
A lovely hotel in a fantastic setting, I would highly recommend this hotel, it was very clean and had great amenities. Make sure you get a room with a sea view as other views would be a disappointment, also try to get a room above and not below reception, it can be very noisy. The little boat over to Ibiza Town is a godsend and saved us a fortune in taxis. I would also highly recommend Bar Flotante on Talamanca beach for lunch, the salads are huge and very fresh and the fish is fantastic. The Italian restaurant near to where you get the boat is also very good. If you hire a car and adventure out make sure you visit Cala Moli in the South, it is a lovely beach with great places for lunch, and make sure you have dinner in one of the restaurants in Ibiza Old Town, not cheap but definitely worth it. On a bad note the clientele seemed rather old or were young families and if you intend to go out clubbing a lot, this may not be the place for you. We were asked to keep down the noise and it was only 2am.
We booked a selection of rooms for various lengths of stay ranging from 3 to 8 days as we were a party of 15. We had specifically asked for rooms to be close together preferrably on the same floor and all with sea views . Upon arrival after 11pm, we were shown to our various rooms. Ours was a double which comprised two single beds pushed together! We had a small balcony but our room overlooked the road at the front of the hotel. Several of our party also did not have sea facing rooms which was annoying as we had paid extra for them! The air conditioning was not working properly when we entered our room and after a very exasperating conversation with the man at the front desk who informed us that the manager was not available and he could do nothing a man was sent up to fix it. Unfortunately he spoke no english at all and simply twiddled the knob of the unit for ages before telling us that it wasn't working properly!! We asked to change rooms but were told that the hotel was completely full! Eventually we were shown a room but this was worse than the one we were in so we declined to swap hoping instead to speak to the daytime manager. Several of our party also experienced the same problem and apparently many other guests were complaining about the state of the air conditioning as I saw several heated arguments at reception! As it was, we made do with the fan in the room instead as the hotel simply refused to move us saying that they had overbooked their rooms. We had booked this months in advance direct with their UK office and so were disappointed at the service from the hotel's front desk. The room itself was ok but fairly basic and there was only one english tv station ( BBC News). There was a fridge which proved handy and the bathroom was compact but ok although I thought there was a vague smell from it at times. The showers were tepid if you used them in the mornings - maybe something to do with the fact that many of the hotel's facilities are solar powered... I noted that the sheets were NOT changed every day which I found to be unacceptable in any hotel which is 3-4 star. The hotel has a main pool and a small children's pool with sun loungers near the pool and on its private stretch of beach. They make a charge of 6 euros for a beach towel by way of a refundable deposit. When we paid for 3 towels we were told to simply bring back the reciepts to obtain our refund. However when we did this the man at the front desk simply refused to return our 18 euros saying that we should return the towels too! We were not told when paying for them that we should return the towels so we simply left them by the pool. We took it up with the front desk upon check out and they did return our money to us. However they should make their policy clear at the time of payment to avoid confusion. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way and if you want to walk to Ibiza Town it takes about 20-30 minutes. The main drawback is that you have to walk along a narrow unlit road from the hotel which is quite dangerous at night. It is also adjacent to a stream/gutter of stagnant water and consequently we were bitten by mosquitoes when sitting out in the evenings by the pool or walking back to the hotel. We ended up getting cabs ( 8-10 euros to Ibiza) or the bus ( 1-2 euros) which stops across the road from the hotel. The hotel was mainly occupied by Europeans and not many English so the food seemed to cater more for them. We ate in the restaurant once and although it was quite nice they forgot one of our orders and only had 2 types of fish to choose from out of 10 that were on the menu! There was a snack bar type restaurant but we didn't try this. Breakfast was good in that it had a decent variety of things to choose from but the quality of the food was inconsistent. I would not stay here again in the type of room provided ( obviously a standard twin) as the air conditioning was a major problem. However had we been given the rooms we had booked ( superior double sea facing rooms) it may have been a different story! The main advantage to the hotel was that it was reasonably quiet as the guests were mainly middle aged. It was also on the beach, which was handy as the pool was too small for the amount of guests at the hotel. However there was always a queue of dissatisfied guests at reception complaining virtually every day!
Visited this hotel in july and discovered a jewel in the white Isle.Rooms clean and comfortable with frigde tv and large bathroom mirror.our friends enjoyed their balcony space to relax after a hard day in the bay.Food fantastic with excellent wine at a cheap price.Hotel staff superb and helpful.Local shop across from hotel sold great red wine and beach toys.MUST use the water taxi to ibiza town and formentera which is only 5mins walk away. Not a bad thing to stay about hotel.Free pool towels exellent.
This is a great hotel in a superb location. The staff is wonderful and very accomodating. The breakfast is very good and has variety. The rooms are spotless and of decent size. This location in Talamanca is walking location to the marina and there are many great places to eat close by. The only down side to our stay was the location of our room under the dining room. Since we did wake until 2pm daily the noise of the tables and chairs scratching across the floor over our heads was very annoying! Ask for a room with a view of the bay but not under the dining area! The great places to eat is Talamanca Club right on the sand with the BEST pizza and good prices. The staff is a real kick. It has a Pacha flag flying overhead and is easy to find. The other place is Cafe Sydney and the manager Kerry is fantastic at helping you decide what to order and take good care of you. Also Madrigal on the Marina is excellent!
I chose this hotel mainly because of it's location in Talamanca, as well as for some favorable reviews. The Ibiza town is accessible by the water taxi (with a terrific view during the ride), while I could reach any other location in Ibiza by car without spending time in city traffic. The hotel is located directly on the Talamanca beach, however I didn't like this beach at all, because it was too shallow and the water not clear. I booked a single room for 4 nights with half board for 93EUR per night. Had to book with Thomas Cook, since no rooms were available directly from the hotel. During the check-in they took away my identity card "for registering with police" and refused to return it for over an hour. The reason was probably that I had a "temporary" German identity card that looks different from a regular one, but I didn't have any trouble in other Spanish hotels with it. A big thumbs down on this one. I booked a room with land view, expecting a view towards the hills, but the only view I got was that of a supermarket across the street in a newly built residential block not shown on any of the hotel photos I saw! The room was also tiny and appeared worn. The aircondition only works when you are in the room and insert the keycard into the slot. The keycard was attached to a conventional room key used to unlock the door (and the lock didn't always work well). The shabby room was in sharp contrast to the very nice public areas in this hotel. I got a glimpse into seaview rooms opened by the cleaning personnel, and they looked much more spacious and very nice. The breakfast selection was very good, with a lot of cold and warm choices. The breakfast didn't start before 8:00am, which meant I had to skip breakfast on my last day, when I had to go to the airport early. The buffet dinner was also very good, however they refused to serve coffee after dinner telling me to go to the bar. This is probably to prevent guests from eating too many pastries, as I also encountered this in other hotels on Baleares! The hotel offered a pool and some other facilities, but I haven't used these, since I spent the whole time outside exploring the island. The hotel has a parking lot and advertises this on it's homepage, however it is rather small, and sometimes it is difficult to find a place to park. Still, it is better than most other hotels in the area are offering. The personnel was helpful, but not friendly. Overall I am disappointed with the hotel and would not want to stay here again. I expected a nice room and nothing more, and everything was nice except for the room. However, there are not many hotels in Talamanca with a parking lot, so if I had no other choice, I would probably book a sea view double room for single use next time. Beware that land view rooms have no view at all, because of the new development across the street from the hotel.
Good location right on the beach at Talamanca quiet and relaxing. Family orientated with activities throughout the day. Food here I have to say is excellent - buffet style for most meals but the choice is vast. Try the lunch to - the chef will cook you something fresh. Rooms are good with fridge, tv a/c plus ceiling fan. Ask for a seaview - awesome
The Hotel Argos is tucked away on a quiet inlet on the Spanish Isle of Ibiza - Talamanca. This is a friendly, peaceful hotel miles away from the "yob " image often associated with this beautiul island. Outstanding views across the bay towards the hills in the distance, an indoor, heated pool or the rare occasion when the weather isn´t what you wanted and fantastic food.Believe me, you will go home on the aircraft as excess baggage!
Lower class hotel with high class expectations of the guests.
This hotel is a really nice place to stay. It is pretty far from the Hippie market, you would most likely have to take a taxi to get there. It was right next to a marina where there are plenty of shops and a few places to eat and the beautiful Talamanca Beach.
Lower class hotel with high class expectations of the guests.
What a wonderful hotel, absolutely beautiful, staff are friendly, breakfast is wonderful and again the staff are very helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size, cleaned daily with new sheets and towels and the views are lovely. The beach is unspoilt and very uncrowded which is a bonus. The pool is clean and a great size, it can however, get very busy on sunny days. Local restaurants (further up the beach) are lovely and very reasonably priced. Also a short walk from Pacha for those who like clubbing. Great boat service to Ibiza town for under 2 Euros per person that runs all night. All in all a great place to stay and a nice quiet location to relax in.
