Great location, good price, clean rooms and very friendly staff. My parents are going to stay in this hotel next month. nothing

The hotel is in the middle of the city centre, on a big road, but still very quiet. In front of the hotel you can take a tram to anywhere in the city. The room I stayed in (double room) was nice and clean and the staff of the hotel was very friendly. It was worth every penny I paid. nothing

+ The whole experience was shit. we booked online but everything was changed on our arrival, the room was small, dirty matresses and uncomfortable to sleep in. you do not mention the price of hotel parking and you do not state how many children can fit in parents double room, as it does say 2 on your website but that is not true. you dont state there are a flight of stairs to go up to reception and rooms, and you dont say theres no lift use available. we found nothing positive about our stay. - Same as above

+ It was a central location, easy to reach of dam square and where we wanted to go - The rooms were shabby, falling to bits, the bathroom looked especially, looked nothing like on the website, very very over priced! disappointment

+ The hotel staff and the location were good - As we went to the room the windows were screwed shot we could not open them and it was quite stuffy, i opened the bathroom door and it was smelly not nice and the stairs were very steep.

+ Great location (easy to get anywhere in the center of the city), very relaxed about smoking in the rooms and cheap! - Our room was on the third floor. this meant walking up three flights of very narrow staircases to get to the room. the room it self was a mess and the bathroom was not very nice at all.

+ Location - Everything!! insects in the room, which were squashed on bedclothes and walls. bedclothes were not changed even though they had blood and insect guts on them. very cramped room, impossible to use toilet, very steep stairs, no air con. staff very unhelpful. toiletries stolen from room. would not recommend

+ You can check in at any time, friendly staff and a great location - The breakfast was not nice at all, what they had on offer was bread,cheese, butter, tea & coffee or diluted orange juice. dvd player did not work,

+ The hotel was basic but clean and reasonably prices. - My iphone was taken out of my bag during the day while i was out. the staff were helpful but unable to do anything about it. the bed had been turned down while i was out so it was possibly the cleaning staff that took it. i lodged a police report detailing the incident.

+ The location was excellent. as central as can be. - The room had a profuse smell of smoke and the room was called a double but it was just 2 minature singles pushed together. terrible.

+ The location is excellent! they are laid back about noise making, smoking and piling loads of people into a room to chill out! great for a bunch of friends - The cleanliness is pretty poor, the bathroom was full of limescale and mould. there was also an ash stain across a few of the walls. also if u find it hard to climb stairs dont go here!!! they are basically vertical!

+ The only positive was the location - The hotel was in great need of a refurb. it was filthy, curtain hanging off windows. i was afraid to get in the shower. the towels were old and torn. the rooms extremely smoky. they took our money on arrival and they got funny when i asked the cleaner to remove the rubbish left under the bed from the previous occupants. the room was tiny. we are frequent travellers and i can honestly say it was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in.
