Its wide range of services includes a cafe, a breakfast room, a vending machine for coffee, cold drinks and snacks, and WLAN Internet access in the lobby area.

For a fee guests can use the laundry service and the car park, and baby kits are also available.

In the summer months reception is open from 8 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 8 pm.

During the other seasons the reception is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays and is open between 9 am and 12 noon and from 4 pm to 7 pm on the other days.

Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Late check-in is available but guests need to contact the residence in advance.

Guests are requested to check out by 10 am on the day of their departure.
