The staff and their attitude towards customers was excellent , understanding English was a problem .The service provide was very good .

We stayed at the Ozmen Pension for just one night in September. It was quite inexpensive, but adequate. We had a/c, tv, and our own bathroom, for as little as we paid anywhere in Turkey. The view from the breakfast terrace is pretty nice.

This is a very welcoming cosy hotel. The staff are so friendly and were some of the most helpful people I had ever met. We had to stay in this hotel when our passports were stolen and the five star hotel we had been staying in couldn't let us stay. The hotel did everything it could to help us. The beds were honestly comfier than the ones in the five star hotel and the rooms were extremly clean. The little village is really picturesque and pretty and the views of the sea and the mountains were amazing. If I had to go back to Antalya I would stay here again and ditch the five-star all inclusive experience. This was the real Turkey with real friendly people.

Came all the way from Australia and had sent emails and made prior reservations and then made more phone calls to confirm. On arrival we were sent across the road to another pension because our room was 'overbooked'. We were asked to wait till another room was vacated. Met 2 other travellers given same story. So we left and found another place down the road. considering how far we had come and that we had checked with them more than once that our booking was held, this is unacceptable. And the place we found was a little dearer, but much cleaner and well presented.
