Kinda disappointed about this hotel since it was supposed to be like a 4 star hotel(?). The toilet was leaking a bit.rusty condenced water from a rusty pipe. Bedcover wasn't clean (had a stain on it).Shortly said the finish was a bit shabby to be a 4 star hotel. Internet was not included at the hotel room, that service costed 40 $SG extra pr. day. Breakfast a bit disappointing, not specially good selection, and way too much people. Quality of food was merely average. Good location though. There was also a bit noise from ventilation system 24/7. We were sleeping at room 401.

A VERY GOOD HOTEL FOR ON BUISSNESS OR A SHORT HOLIDAY MY SON AND HIS WIFE STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS ON THEIR HONEYMOON THE STAFF WAS CURTEOUS AND EVEN UPGRADED THEM TO SMALL SUITE IN THE HOTEL,BREAKFAST WAS GOOD-BM MUNJAL-AMRITSAR-INDIA

Hi stayed at this place for nearly 4 weeks and I had to stay there since there were no other hotels available. The only positive I can write about this place is it proximity to Orchard Road. After that there are only negatives to list out:

The rooms were small and we did not get the requested non-smoking rooms. I guess I was naively hoping for something more "grand". Location on Orchard Road was excellent.

Tea/coffee making a bit sparce (powdered milk), fridge in room did not work, breakfast needs to cater for westerners.

pretty sad to have tea and coffee making facilities (a jug and 2 cups, plus running water in the bathroom), but NO tea bags or coffee ... difficult to buy after midnight arrival. Great food though across te street.

we stayed here for about 5 days with free breakfast. we were excited to have breakfast and eat new foods for we were tourist, but as days pass by, breakfast foods are always the same.. we grew tired of eating and just drank fruit juices for the last few days...

this hotel is a nightmare , the personel is highly antiphatic, you feel like your a annoying them when talking to them , the so called lobby is nothing close to a hotel lobby , its more li a train station , the so called "superior" rooms are very average and overall dirty . don't get fooled , there is NO minibar in the "superior" rooms just an empty fridge , and don't dare to complain or you will get frowned at. on arrival the staff don't take you to your room , they could not care less , they are too busy with people complaining about this or that . calling the room service for them to bring me the overpriced internet cards , i have been told that they do not deliver in rooms and that i had to go down to the desk. having problem getting connected they sent an "ingeneer" , he tried to get me connected with no result and left asking me to wait for his return ,

i stayed at this hotel with family, the receptionist was unfriendly at all , with no smile and say hello or can i help u and when we arrived the room is not ready, and we took city tour from 9 til 1 pm with a promise, after we got back to the hotel ,the room was ready for us...but until 3 pm ,it wasnt ready....the only person with smile and friendly was the housekeeper,she said sorry for unready room.The service was BAD with a high price i've payed.the breakfast wasnt good and not delicious at all with the same menu evryday and the room was too cold, the central air cond was not off after we stopped it.The location was good with the cheap china food behind meridien and close to orchard and shopping centre.
