Estimated travel time from airport to hostel is 1 hour. 2.

For those intending to check-in before 2 pm, please arrive only after 10 am to deposit your luggage.

Early occupation of the room before 2 pm is subject to availability.

We regret that we are not able to accept requests for check-ins between 11 pm and 10 am.3.

Minimum age requirement is 18 and all must be FOREIGN PASSPORT HOLDERS - NO SINGAPORE CITIZENS/PR or CHILDREN ALLOWED.4.

The single, twin/double, triple and quad private rooms are strictly for 1, 2, 3 and 4 persons' occupancy per room respectively - extra person will be charged accordingly.

All guests checking in must be at least 18 years old and hold foreign passport(s) - no children, Permanent Residents or locals allowed. 5.

Maximum stay of 7 nights.

Back-to-back extension, whether booked through the same guest or another name, is not be accepted and the reservation will not be considered valid by us.

Bugis Backpackers is located in the heart of Bugis Village in central Singapore, a bustling hub of Straits-Chinese shop-houses delightfully restored to reflect its old-world charm.

Immerse in the vibrancy and festive atmosphere of the ‘pasar malam' (street bazaar) as you throng through the stalls selling clothing, souvenirs, local delicacies, fruits and more.

Take a step out of the hostel and Arab Street and Little India await you with exotic curios for antique hunters.

I love the simple, cheery, colourful layout of the hostel, especially the bedsheets you chose in the dorm room, and the colours of the spiral staircase at the back.

The hostel is easy to find from the MRT Station in a safe feeling part of the city, in the middle of things - a little oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city life of Singapore.

The favourite parts of my stay have been the ease of finding markets to wander through for very cheap food in so many varieties to snack on while shopping for almost anything I could want.

Good luck in the future! I will recommend this place to anyone I hear who is visiting Singapore, and if I do not get back to Singapore, one day maybe I will set up a hostel in Western Australia for you to visit me.
