Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Housekeeping is appalling. Pubic hair on the floor in the bathroom.....I can over look this but when I'm greeted by the same in the shower.....no excuse. As for the breakfast, the table hadn't been cleaned properly, the staff just stood around talking and when the food eventually came out, it was almost inedible. Never staying here again....regardless of the convenience.

This is the worst hotel ever. The rooms feel dirty. The restaurant where we had breakfast was dirty from the night before. It was obvious that the staff hadn't bothered to clean anything. The cutlery was dirty and breakfast was a piece of crusty bread and carton orange juice. We stayed for only one night and couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. the only plus is that you are close to the airport. The airport is far away from the center and costs about 20 pounds each way so if you are trying to save money and you're not going to be in Casablanca long then you might want to brave the Hotel Atlas.

The reception staff were completely incompetent, very rude and unco-operative/unprofessional, to the extent of coming up to my room, knocking on the door and refusing to leave until my wife came down to reception as her name was not on the reservation. We can second the other travellers who have noted the basic quality of the rooms, even poorer state of the bathroom and restricted resources in the toilet, especially for the price being paid. The free shuttle service involved the driver not willing to start the bus until he was given a tip!! In the morning breakfast consisted of stale pastries which tasted of meat!! This was accomapnied by unsavoury tea which consisted of very little tea and more watery milk. All in all, this left a very sour taste to what was a wonderful weekend in the very pleasent city of Casablanca. This hotel certainly doesn't do anything for tourism or the reputation of Morocco.

There were great staff at the reception, and the Pizzeria restaurant was also quite okay. However, the rooms were terrible, no fridge, no safebox, no room-service. Only the nice part was free airport shuttle. If possible, keep away from this hotel.

If you are just passing through Casablanca, then it is an option. The taxis to the City are quite expensive and you will find the hotel rooms there, poor for the same price. That said, the Front Desk Staff are grim, and seem completely unable to deal with the influx of people you obviously get at an Airport Hotel, when an international flight arrives! The rest of the staff are OK, but do not bother trying to book a sauna/hamman. It always seems reserved for someone else. The pool is the best part. All the ones in the City, including the 5* hotel pools, are just drinking fountains and toilets for pigeons. So I would stay for an Airport transit, but longer than that, it gets very boring, as it is stuck out in the middle of nowhere.

We were offered "privilege" rooms (4 star) but this hotel deserves no more than 2 stars. I have yet to learn what the "privilege" entails besides paying an extra 200 dirhams per night. The bathroom had no soap or towels but did have suspicious brown streaks on the wall. When I went searching for towels, the housekeeper couldn't bother to get off the phone long enough to help. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool (maybe that was the privilege) but I couldn't use it because it was covered in dust, sand, and old cigarette butts. And - in the middle of August - the AC didn't work. Breakfast is a selection of stale pastry accompanied by staff shouting at one another and at guests. The much-advertised shuttle to and from the airport costs 50 dirhams per person - about 10 times the price of a taxi (if there were taxis). The hotel is a disaster. Book something in town and avoid the Atlas.

Upon entering the hotel, we waited for about 20 mins before being attended to, despite the face there was plenty of additional people behind the counter. After an ordeal of getting our already reserved rooms, they book my husband and I as well as a friend to two rooms that were already occupied! Finally, after getting a room, a half hour later, we go to bed only to be woken up later in the night by a guy trying to get into the room, because they gave him also an already occupied room! We barely had any toilet paper and they refused to bring us extra toilet paper, so me and 4 other rooms would have to go down and get some ourselves. At breakfast the next morning, the waitress scowled when we asked for coffee and then precedes to be rude to us and others. We tried to use their taxi drivers only to have one guy give us a higher rate than we were told by the hotel and then the drivers proceeded to fight amongst each other and then they tried to get us to go in their taxi by offering us a lower rate. they wouldn’t take no for an answer. by now, they had caused a scene in front of the hotel and my husband and I refused to get into a feuding cab. They continued to berate us for not riding with them until I finally had to get the front desk involved, to which they simply replied, oh you should go with them, it's a good rate. We felt like we were in the twilight zone, no one cared to help and the rudeness just kept perpetuating. Needless to say- I would never ever stay there again. You are better off going the extra distance and staying in the city. These guys run a monopoly and know it- so they can get away with anything. It's sad to think that this is many tourists' introduction to Morocco, the exact opposite of the true essence of the country. I'd be happy to provide alternate recommendations for Casablanca. Fair for Price, Better information on Airport Bus Service would help

It was absolutely filthy. One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. They have not cleaned the bathroom floors or shower in years. They didn't even have a towel in the bathroom. Everything was broken, I was sure we would come home with bugs in our bags. It has fancy photos and high price tag, but if at all possible, do not stay at this hotel.

Organization at the rezeption with booking,payment and allowance for the breakfast was a desaster. Service in the restaurant completley unprofessional and very slow. There was no bed for the child available, even it was booked. One of the two rooms we booked was smelling. Hotel is by far too expensive for the value you are getting. With a proper management it would have the premesis to become a good business hotel. There is no hotel better located to the airport. Overall it was the worst hotel of my two weeks round trip through Morocco.

The rooms are good, but the bathrooms had one towel only, even in the double room. The breakfast was included, in theory, but I had to pay 75 dirhams extra for our 3 breakfasts. Nobody explain us why?. Moreover, this ammount cannot be payed at the Reception nor using a Credit Card, but in the Restaurant and in cash. If you arre arriving late at the hotel and has not got local currency yet as happened to us, how can the costumer pay? The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes and viceversa, but this range is not exactly this and some probles for the travelers in transit to other destinations could be arisen. Moreover, the shuttle stop is not indicated in the airport. Even asking to the Information desk at the airport, it is very difficult to find. Thus, if the shuttle is not at the stop when you arrive and you do not find the stop, you will take a taxy very probably, paying about 200-250 dirhams.

WARNING: DON'T STAY HERE !!!! - Way to expensive for what they offer - Breakfast is very simple, total rip-off for the price they ask. Again almost no service. If you ask something they say to pick it up, but then never come back. - Administration also seems to be big mess. So don't forget a copy of your voucher - Service bad. Staff unfriendly, dull and not willing to help. And if they promise something, don't expect it to really happen - They have free half hourly bus service to airport. Full is full. Only after getting very angry, they sceduled a extra ride. I would say, just stay in Cassablanca. Much cheaper, better and less likely to miss flight - Pool looks nice, but too cold

The position of the hotel is very convenient, being the only airport hotel for Casablanca, and nearby, but not noisy. The shuttle service is good, although the stop should be posted. The room was disappointing.although quiet, size good and bed comfortable, but no bath towels, the bath mat was ragged, the room dirty dusty and crumby. The reception had it cleaned within the hour. The restaurant food was fine, but the bill was twice presented inaccurately (too high). leading to no tip for the waiter. The breakfast, booked online, was OK but minimal, and if there was a chance to use thew breakfast buffet for extra payment noone informed me. Altogether, a promising hotel let down by a failure to check cleanliness and quality of the room and poor staff management. though reception staff and porters were very nice. Same experience last time I stayed there - dirty room and bill problem in restaurant. Morocco is a wonderful country, and this introduction to it lets it down. Altough this review amy not be published, I would urge the owners/managers of the hotel to consider my remarks.

The room was filthy. The hotel staff were unhelpful and rude. The lunch buffet was a joke, I would not feed my dog the food they served. There was no drinking water in the room, the only place to buy this was from the resturant at $5.00 usd for a 1.5litre bottle, basically theft!! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, and stayed several times at other locations in Morocco, needless to say I will never travel through Morocco again for business or any other reason!!!

The Food was very poor and we asked for a very important wake up call which never happened. There appeared to be doormen but they didn't assist in opening the doors or help us with our luggage in to our hotel or to the coach when we left.

The facilities and amenities were OK, except that they had run out of wine at the restaurant. The worst of all was that the bed sheets were not clean, they hadn't been changed! And the bathroom lacked bath towel.

bad service and no assistance, room are not clean, no persons to carry baggage and to guide you to the room, handkerchief only for hands and for one person, while the room was booked for two persons.

the hotelery is very well but the restaurant is a true disaster, bad reception, personnel not pleasant. The advantage of this hotel, it is near the airport. A free shuttle ensures transport between airport and hotel if you find it.
