Cheap flights to Bangalore

Once known as the "garden city," now referred to as "India's silicon valley," Bangalore is a place in the middle of rapid change. In the past, tourists, VIPs and film stars arrived from flights to Bangalore (Bengaluru) to spend time in a green city, filled with parks, wide streets and a pleasingly liberal attitude. However, the recent growth of Bangalore – fuelled by its importance at the forefront of India's IT boom – has meant that it is now rather noisy and chaotic. Many of the travellers today who book Bangalore flights are visiting only in transit. A new airport, opened in 2008, has made the city a transport hub and it is easy to find cheap Bangalore flights. But even if you're only spending a few days in town, or are travelling on business, this is still a lively and charismatic place to visit. Bars stay open late, there is a good range of shops and restaurants and the large numbers of students in town give the place a lively buzz.
